Avast is a very popular anti-virus software. You can have a trial version of avast for one month. So, this free version protects your computer just for one month.

Then you have to buy an original version of avast anti-virus. You can subscribe to this. If you subscribe for one year then your computer will be protected from any virus for one year. But free version can not do this for more than one month.

So you should buy an original version.
