Can I still recover floppy disk data?

I need help people.  One of my floppy disks that contains Word .doc files got corrupted or damaged FAT. 

Can I still recover floppy disk data or do I need a software for something like this? 

I'm still on a Windows XP 64 bit sp2 system if that matters. 

Please help.

Hi Carole Reeder

Well there is a way to recover your word file from floppy disk.

I will recommend you a software named “FlopShow V1.2” .

It is used for file recovery and also file used for undelete utility for fat-12 partitions.

 It will offer you 100% recovery of your floppy disk.
