I already have a database using Microsoft SQL Server 2008.

I need to program the dataset to retrieve data using SQL server with an application in desktop.

Can it support code samples for Visual Basic?

Can I use the dataset in Microsoft Windows mobile?

Hi Joey,

Microsoft SQL Server 2008 supports code samples for Visual Basic. And you can obviously use Microsoft Windows mobile.

Basically this system applies to Microsoft Visual Basic 2008, Microsoft Visual C# 2008, Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 SP1, Microsoft SQL Server Compact Edition 3.5 SP1, Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5and Windows Mobile 5 and later.
