Hi,

You cannot use LG international web camera on both mobile phone and personal computer. They are different. Mobile phone webcams are webcams which have built-in network servers. Personal computer webcams are webcams which do not have built-in network servers and must plugged into a USB port to work. It simply means that you have to install different drivers for using the LG international webcam on your smart phone.
