I am using Windows XP operation system. Can it be dangerous tracking emails send from iss? Can it somehow affect my PC?

You mentioned you are using Windows XP operating system. It does not matter what operating system you are using. ISS develops high security email massaging and management solution for global clients who must send highly confidential information by mail and for whom it is critical to minimize financial, political or business risk of inadequate email security.

So it can be harmful for you and they can track you easily but you may not be able to track emails send from ISS.
