Hello there. My desktop was recently attacked by a Win32 Trojan virus. Avast could not delete the said virus. Can Kaspersky antivirus USB bios delete the Trojan that I have? I'm on a Windows XP 64 bit system. Thanks.
Can Kaspersky Antivirus USB bios delete this trojan?
Hi Elsie T Brown,
Kaspersky cannot delete the virus but instead, it can quarantine it, anti virus applications aren't capable of deleting the file for the reason that your system32Â is capable of restricting the files which he wants, set by the user on the control panel, this restriction can be removed by altering the User Accounts Control on the control panel, as well as, try running a full scan, not quick, for each of the files on your hard drive to locate the original virus file.
