I was trying to compare two Opensource Office applications: OpenOffice Portable 3.2.0 and LibreOffice Portable 3.3.3. If I open LibreOffice first, then OpenOffice does not have any problem on it. However, if I try to run OpenOffice fist then the LibreOffice Portable would give an error that another instance of the program is currently running. The "SinglePortableAppInstance" setting is disabled, so it should work properly. Can LibreOffice be used at multiple instances? Best regards.
Can LibreOffice be used at multiple instances?
Eh, bringing out that bid line reinstall substituted my 3.5 edition with 3.4.4. I adjudicated it again applying libreoffice=3.5.0 and apt-get told the edition wasn't ascertained. I adjudicated to "force edition" applying the synaptic bundle handler and certainly 3.4.4 is the only one useable. Can you ascertain your bundle handler? My master 3.5 installation applied dpkg and a downloaded tarball. Possibly this effect is associated installation? I don't apply or have synaptic. My advance was done thru ppa, so possibly that's the cause. After that i flow the reinstall. than I've the 3.5 on my arrangement. Why do not you adjudicate the ppa technique, mayhap it will work.
