Can Not Find My Wireless Network Only Neighbors

I was sitting here using my wireless network when it lost connection. Now the only connection I can see on the list is my neighbors. I have had to plug into my router and it works that way. How can I get my wireless connection back? What do I need to check first?

Hi, Donald G Gibbons 1st you have to declare what model is your router. Every router has its own setting so it's different from one another. Any way here some helpful tips on how to fix it. You need to look for a pin hole in the body of your  router. Insert a pin in it so your router will reset to factory setting and set up again your router.
