Can someone help me with Jquery tooltip PHP?

Hi. I just created a JQuery tooltip in PHP but the tooltip flashes or comes out in different parts of the screen. Could this be because of my web browser? I use Internet Explorer 6 and Windows Vista 64 bit. I need help with JQuery tooltip PHP.

Hi

The Internet Explorer 6 is not compatible with most of the language and effectively with Jquery, show me the page if it is already or accommodation for the jquery code tooltips to understand the problem
