Can someone suggest a change photo into art software?

Hi. I have a couple of JPEG images that I would like to convert to a pencil sketch and some other art filters. Can anyone recommend a change photo into art software? I'm still on Windows XP 32 bit. Thanks in advance.

There are many software that can convert jpeg images to sketch and pencil work.

I can suggest you many software but I will only two.

You should use Photo shine and Photoshop in this situation.

Photoshop is much better than photo shine software.

Use adobe Photoshop and go to this link for more help.

Create sketch image in Photoshop.
