Here are a few programs which can help in internet date monitoring:
1. NetWorx:
Best feature is that we can track uploads or downloads or both by
setting a daily, weekly or monthly quota.

2. Bitmeter 2:
Its best feature is that it has a meter graph to track your download and upload speeds.

3. NetSpeedMonitor
Though it does not have a quota system, it has a very easy system to track your daily or monthly usage. Also, you can see the list of programs which are using the internet.
