Hi!
I have a VPN account from work. When I got home and connect to my router, I was able to get online. But when I tried connecting to my VPN, it’s not working anymore. It worked before with the same router, how can I resolve this?

Hi,
If you have the same settings for Site to site VPN at your home and have not changed it somehow, then certainly there is some change in the settings at the other end (your office router).
May be your Network Administrator has closed your VPN tunnel, or maybe he/she have changed the Authentication settings for you i.e. new username and password.
You should contact your network admin right away.

Hi,
You have to call or ask your company's Network Administrator, and see if there are any changes in administrator password and make sure that before you connect to them you have a 100% working internet connection and that the VPN in your office open to be connected becauseif the other end is not available it's impossible to connect with Office VPN.

I'm telling you how to fix this problem. Go to My Network Places> view Network Connections>then Right click on your Virtual private Network connection>then click on to the Properties>Networking Tab >Choose your Internet Protocol [TCP/IP]>
Then click properties button>advanced button>general tab>UNCHECK "Use Default Gateway on Remote Network".
Click OK until you are out of the connection properties. Reconnect to your VPN.
I think you should be an access to your VPN.
