Can’t connect Zen Mozaic EZ300 mp3 player to my pc

Please follow the steps to resolve your issues with your portable device.
1. Â Remove the Zen device from your computer and uninstall all drivers and software associated with it.
2. Â Restart computer and connect again the device. Your computer will not be able to recognize it, insert you installation cd and driver and just follow the on-screen instructions.
3. Â Restart your computer. Update the driver and software for the device.
You can also try this alternative steps.
1. Â Go to My Computer/Computer, select Manage, and select Device Manager.
2. Â Select the connected device in the list in the main window.
3.  Right-click and select “Update Driver Software…”
4. Â Follow the on-screen guide to download and update the necessary software and driver for your connected device.
Can’t connect Zen Mozaic EZ300 mp3 player to my pc
This problem is just like with Smartphones. When you connect it to your computer without installing its driver or the device’s software, the computer won’t be able to recognize it though the system is able to detect it. Unfortunately, the ZEN Mozaic EZ300 MP3 player has already reached its “End of Service Life.” Support for this product has already ended but you can still download drivers for this device.
There are only two remaining downloads for this product: one, a firmware update and two, the PC software. Visit ZEN Mozaic EZ300 Downloads to download the drivers for your device. The two downloads have different system specifications so make sure to check on them. The firmware update requires Windows XP or Windows Vista only. The PC application requires Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7.
This should fix the problem since the one you are missing is the PC software for the MP3 player.
