Can’t figure how to use akeeba extraction for Mac

Hello experts!  I want to take some files on my back up archive and then put it back again on the server.  I want to try using akeeba extract but could not figure how to do it.  Can someone help me on how to use akeeba extraction for mac?

Akeeba Extract Wizard is a utility which can extract any JPA or ZIP archive on the Akeeba Backup.
