Can’t find Symantec Ghost image in another PC

Hi, using Symantec ghost v 8.3 I created an image and saved it in more than one file.

But the file is not showing in another computer. Rather than it is showing ERROR 19922.

Tried for solutions in the web forum but nothing seemed to be suited.

Do you have any idea to fix this issue?

Thanks.

I’m not sure why you can not find the location of the disk images you created using Norton Ghost. Check again the application’s settings to verify the location where the files of the disk images should be saved. If the file is not available or can not be found on the said folder, maybe there is something wrong with the application.

Try changing the folder’s View options in Windows Explorer and set it to Show hidden files and folders so you can see the hidden files and folders in your drive. If you still can not find the disk image files, try restarting your computer.

After rebooting the computer, create a disk image again with your Norton Ghost and then visit the default folder to verify the new disk image file.

You may also try uninstalling Norton Ghost from your computer then install it back.
