Can’t Install Fix It Utilities Pro

Previously I was using McAfee. But then i wanted to switch to Fix It Utilities Pro 11. So I removed McAfee totally from my system, try to install Fix It but I was unable to do it. I checked again and McAfee was totally gone from the system for sure. I don’t know is there anything left I missed? Now I didn’t have any other options except request for refund and stop using Fix It.

Can’t Install Fix It Utilities Pro

Looks like that there is a probability that the Windows Installer is attempting to copy the Fix-It file to a directory but it can’t do so because of a permission issue. To have this resolve, try the following:

1. Make sure that you are log in to the system as an administrator
2. Turn off all anti-virus correct OS (Windows XP, Vista with 32 or 64-bit, or Windows 7 with 32 or 64-bit)
3. Connect to the internet for to register the product and for any available updates
4. The browser must be Internet Explorer 5 or later
5. Install the Fix-It Utilities application in the right folder
