Can’t open the file any tips

After downloading and installing navi-x on xbmc(atv), don't have access to it ,message ,can not open the file.

Please any tips will be very appreciated.

Can’t open the file any tips

Dear User, 

Please find the below mentioned reasons why the file failed to open even after downloading and installing the same.

Reason 1: The downloaded version of the XMBC might be corrupt or missing important script as often developers do not use many libs while compiling XMBC. In order to fix the same, another installation package can be downloaded and checked.

Reason 2: There might be obstacles that might prevent Navi-X, from getting connected to the Internet.
Hence it becomes essential to check the configuration settings of the router and the firewall. Disable the firewall and antivirus software for the time being to isolate the root cause of the issue.

Reason 3:  Download the latest version of Navi- X, as the already downloaded version, might be corrupt.
