Can We Convert Distribution Group To Security Group?

Please let me know how we can convert distribution group to security group? It is urgent. Please help me out if you can.

Can We Convert Distribution Group To Security Group?

In the group named sales, you will find the recipient type details as Mail Universal Distribution Group. Now open ADUC and open properties of the sales group. Here, you must change the group type from Distribution to Security. Now open EMC and check if the recipient type details are updated. There you will be able to see Mail Universal Security Group instead of Mail Universal Distribution Group.
