Can we use a CD writer to watch movies on a TV?

I have a external CD writer and it has this Mini USB pin and wanted to know if we can connect it to a LCD that has a AVI option? Are there cables as this? I have a Sony DRX-S70U Writer Any detailed help could be useful

Hi,

If CD Reader/Writer supports a dynamic system and also output interface to show the picture and media to outer world so its not any reason to deny from this truth that its easily playable to LED or LCD if it also supports AVI cable and LED or LCD supports to play AVi as well so its not any problem to play this drive to the lLED or LCD
