Can we use new Plugin with Firefox 5?

I use Firefox to browse internet and I wanted to use new plugins that are available but I had one question.

Would I be able to use it.Won't I be any problem using it?

Hey Kenneth Fuego!

I am also a user of Mozilla Firefox. I am really enjoying the Firefox with its Add-ons (Plugins). You can download Add-ons from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/. These Add-ons does not affect the speed of Mozilla Firefox. In fact these Add-ons increases the efficiency of Mozilla Firefox. For example to download a video from YouTube, you do not need to install any software. You just have to add the plugin in the Firefox and you can download the video with a single click.

I am using Mozilla Firefox with its Add-ons and I am really happy with it.

Hello Kenneth,

Of course you can use new plug-ins and there would not be any question except for a very few occasions such as plug-in crashing, image loading errors, downloading errors.

But you need not worrying. Keeping the plug-ins and extensions up to date will remain your Firefox browser work well.

Definitely, you can use the new plug-ins/add-ons for Firefox. It is secure, fast and flexible. Plug-ins can be considered as tools that will add more fun using the Mozilla browser.  The advantage of using plugins is it can be easily removed so basically the plug-ins will not be a part of the browser . Acrobat Reader, Flash Player, Java, QuickTime, RealPlayer, Shockwave, and Windows Media Player are some of the common plugins. Mozilla Firefox has a feature that is called Crash reporter, this gives you the option to give your feedback to Mozilla in case you encounter problems in using the plug-ins.

If you want to use the Mozilla Firefox web browser, you are not required to install any plug-in because plug-ins or add-ons are optional components of the browser. You only install it when you need it and of course, it depends on what plug-in you need. Plug-ins are optional components of the browser which helps users perform specific tasks much easily.

Most of the plug-ins are for productivity use or to increase the productivity of a user. If you want to install plug-ins, go to Mozilla Firefox Add-ons. Download a plug-in according to your needs.

Plug-ins are grouped by categories: Alerts & Updates; Appearance; Bookmarks; Download Management; Feeds, News & Blogging; Games & Entertainment; Language Support; Photos, Music & Videos; Privacy & Security; Search Tools; Shopping; Social & Communication; Tabs; Web Development; and Other. Also, before installing a plug-in, make sure to check if it’s compatible with your browser’s current version. Not all plug-ins work on all versions of Mozilla Firefox.

There are ones that support only certain versions and may not work on later versions especially the ones that are not updated.
