Can we use xp software mover to move an installed game

Hi

I have installed game in my C drive. I currently I finished the half of the game and now it has low disk space in C drive. I need to move this game without playing in from beginning. Can I do that with XP software mover?

Hi Mackenzie Jacobb,

You can do it using Files and Settings Transfer Wizard if you want to move it to another computer. Or you can just find the folder that your games used to save data then just copy and paste it to the other storage and then, when you move your game you can paste it again to place where got it and overwrite the other file.

Hello,
 
If you use the steam mover then you can easily move installed games. It creates a junction point in the directory. Steam directory is appropriate to move any folder or software. So, by using that you can easily move anything. I think now you are fully clear about steam mover.
