Can WiFi only Samsung Galaxy note 10.1 make a phone call?

Hi there,

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 WiFi only and I was wondering if there is a way I could use this device to make a normal phone call, What modification should I do?

Hi !

To make a phone call you must have a GSM SIM from a provider with a number. On the market are some applications with what you can make calls via Wi-fi. You will have to check on official websites to install the application which also must be compatible with your device. Check Apps Store and Android Market for such softwares.
