I need to be informed if network in my office gets down to take action. I have heard there is a tool which even can send me sms about that as well as results of ping. Do you know the name of this the best ping alert monitor for me, so I could buy it?

Can you find the name of the best ping alert monitor software?

There is software I know that really suitable for your need it is used commercially. The name of the software is Netwatch you can download it here https://axence.net/en/axence-nettools

This software is free all you need to do is to register to their website then it is yours. Aside from it can send a SMS notification it can also send a notification via email.
