Can you give permission for only 1 DHCP server in a network?

I have installed lot of DHCP servers in various locations on DCs. I want to give permission for handling DHCP server in that site to a local administrator in a remote office. It should not allow access to all servers. If I create an administrator to the current local DHCP administrator group on ADUC, it will give access to all DHCP servers. I just want to give permission to only one DHCP server. Can anybody help?

Since that process involves a DC, then I do not think there will be a way to give permission to only one DHCP server. I would therefore suggest that you just do a transfer of the scopes of the DC to a member server,  and after you have done that you can grant the local permissions on the DHCP server as you want.

DHCP does not have access control lists like the DNS does, and therefore it will be impossible for you to allow permissions for only one server. Even when you try installing the DHCP on a single member server, you will not be able to grant access to the DHCP console.
