Can you import frx to vs 2008

Hello Experts,

I am a programmer analyst in a development company. Now we updated to VS 2008. For our new project I need to import frx file, can you import frx to vs 2008. If yes where to find the option, what is the procedure. Please help. Thank you

Can you import frx to vs 2008

 

Hi there Carlton M Reed,

 

Since you're having problems opening frx file, I believe you are trying to open a quite old project. The easiest way to do this is to install the Visual Basic Express and use it to convert the file. Visual Basic 2008 Express Edition has a nice built in feature called Conversion Wizard that will do its best to turn your old project into something usable in Visual Studio 2008. Once you've installed VB2008 Express, just open the file and let the software do the rest.
