It is really possible to access email messages right from your iPhone using Lotus Notes 7. But unfortunately, encrypted email messages will be inaccessible to you from your iPhone because the phone does not have the ability to process the Domino encryption method. To solve this issue, IBM provided an application for the iPhone device to access encrypted email messages. Here is how you can get the application.

• From your phone, tap the App Store application.
• Download the IBM Lotus Notes Traveler Companion application from the App Store.
• Tap the IBM Lotus Notes Traveler Companion application when the download is finished.
• Tap the Manual Setup button.
• Enter your username, server, and password at the prompt.
• Lastly, enter your Lotus Notes ID when prompted.
