Viber is application used for making calls and text messages to other users of Viber. It works on WiFi and 3G/4G network. It supports android devices, nowadays it is available for PC also. Its a freely available. It does not matter whether you and your friend are on the same network or even in a completely different country. The Viber Out is a service that allows you to call any phone without having Viber installed or even on land-line telephone. You can buy it by using options like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal etc.
