I am dealing with web pages and I had problems in website design. I want to know the best CMS for this and how to use it.

Can you tell me what are the top CMS with versions now?

Here is a list of the most popular or the most commonly used CMS today and its latest version:

 

• WordPress v. 3.4.2.
• Joomla 3.0.
• Drupal 7.
• SilverStripe v. 3.0.2.
• TextPattern v. 4.5.1.

I suggest you should use WordPress. Why? First, it's free/Open Source! Second, based on my experience, it's very easy to use. If you know how to edit MS Word documents, then I think you don't have any problems updating content on your site. Also, it has a lot plugins, you can customize your site in many ways! You can also integrate your site with the social networking sites like Twitter, FaceBook and etc.

Dear,

To find out the best CMS is impossible because all of these programs are designed in a particular purpose. But WordPress is the leader in the Micro CMS. WordPress is very easy to setup and use. It is more usable for new user.
