Cannot Activate Installation due to Error

I could not activate the voice changing software I installed because the file size and size returned error, how will I solve this?

Cannot Activate Installation due to Error

If you are having a hard time activating your application, try restarting the computer and then try it again. If on the next attempt it fails again, try uninstalling the software from the computer then check your system for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. For a much thorough diagnostics on the system, use a disk utility application like Norton Utilities or PC Tools Performance Toolkit. You can use any of these applications to help analyze your hard drive’s file system for errors that is possibly affecting your application’s activation process.

After checking your hard drive, install the application again. Try activating it and see if it works now.
