Cannot check the engine electronically via Xentry 7.2011 diagnostic tool

Hello

I am using mercedez benz W211 4matic and I have recently changed the engine. My problem is that I cannot check the engine electronically via Xentry 7.2011 diagnostic tool. I have checked all other options. The error which I get on my screen is as follows:

Interner Fehier: SGML-Datei pkwmotorottME28MenuesMN ME2801 .s nicht gefunden

I don’t know where am I making a mistake. Maybe I am missing some files in F:programmeDAStreespkw. I have checked 28 folders in:

F:ProgrammeDASTreestransp
F:ProgrammeDASTreesGklasse

I cannot get to the root cause of the problem. can I copy these files from DVD. Please can someone check this on the hard disk. I'll be really thankful.

Follow the following step: 

  1. Install fresh Win XP 3 and all drivers. 
  2. Partition URHDD and all drivers.
  3. Make new user STAR
  4. Install JCSOFTs and SDI as well, regidit for C4, stop screen saver and power management.
  5. Delete C3 from Regedit
  6. Install IE8
  7. Install Netframe 3.5 SP1
  8. Copy Commonlic to system 32. Make this read only.
  9. Copy Commonlic to Temp. There will be a long name for this and it will change with every restart.

There are two folders that will be created after each restart. Temp will be created in local settings and Windows folder. Here is the error. It is same for all OS. Every time the OS starts you need to recreate these folders. They might not have been created on the restart. You need to check this one out as they are the two that are missing.
