Cannot delete file because it is being used by other program

Hello,

I am trying to delete some data, but it does not delete. It keeps on insisting that other programs are using them even when I close all programs. What is the issue here and what can I do to stop such?

Cannot delete file because it is being used by other program

When you failed to delete a file because it showed you file cannot be deleted, other programs are using them. It may be that some program running under background or some programs still have not completed closing. So wait for a minute and retry. If not working then open task manager and check there if there any program is opened. Close the opened programs. If it does not work now then your file may be locked.
