Cannot download Outlook express newsgroups

Hello,

I am unable to download Outlook express newsgroups. I would like some assistance in this. I have tried several sites but no feasible solution. The error I get is shown below and maybe from that you will understand more.

Unable to download the list of newsgroups.

An error has occurred

May I know what version of Outlook Express you are using? It could be that the newsgroup server may be undergoing some maintenance or updates. Here are some remedies for you to try:

1. Try creating a new newsgroup. Follow instructions here.

2. Validate the newsgroup server name

As a last resort, you can try with a new identity in Outlook Express.
