Cannot install Symantec Mail Security 4.5 for Microsoft Exchange

Hello,

I am just trying to install Symantec Mail Security 4.5 for Microsoft Exchange But an error message encountered during the installation. What did happen to this? Have you any idea or solution to resolve this annoying error message? I have spent lots of time so I need your help. Assist me proper. Thanks in advance.

Cannot install Symantec Mail Security 4.5 for Microsoft Exchange

Resolution 1:

• This could be an indication of  general hardware failure. You will need to roll-back any recent hardware or driver changes.
• Make sure that RAM sticks are undamaged and matched.
• Run ChkDsk to identify any file system problems that could be causing the error.

Resolution 2:

• Register or re-register cdoex.dll by clicking on start, and then run
• In the Open field, type cmd.exe, and then type the following command: regsvr32 C:Program FilesCommon FilesMicrosoft SharedCDOcdoex.dll
• Close the dialog box after that.
