Cannot launch DirectX properly on Windows XP OS

Hello,      

I downloaded and install DirectX in my Windows XP OS to launch the game properly but I received the following error message as you can see below. How can I resolve this issue? Please suggest me in detail the cause of this problem. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Cannot launch DirectX properly on Windows XP OS

Have you installed the current version of DirectX? Download and install the latest version of DirectX. Many games require different versions of DirectX and it is a good idea to ensure that you have the latest version. The issue may also arise if installation of DirectX is not proper. Uninstall DirectX first, reboot the computer and then download the latest version and install it. Do not use the last downloaded version. Download the latest version, save it in a file and then install it by double clicking on the exe file.
