Cannot locate From: AVT Memo

Hello to all,

I am posting here an error screen shot of my problem while using lotus notes, I meet this error in the middle of my work using lotus notes.

IBM Lotus Notes

Cannot locate From: AVT Memo

This error message always disturbs me while I am using lotus notes, this error will appear not at exact task, but on any given time, that is why I have a hard time locating the cause of the error, I already did a virus scan on my computer, some virus was found and have been deleted, but it did not give any help on my problem, same error persisted,

Please share your views on this error,

Cannot locate From: AVT Memo

Hi Mark,

During using of Lotus Notes, error message 'Cannot locate form: AVT Memo' is irritated. And this error will pop up when user try to open archived message with Lotus Notes. To resolve this issue, just do following steps:

1. Open the Domino Administrator client on Enterprise Vault Domino Gateway.

2. Go to the Files tab of Enterprise Vault Domino Gateway.

3. Open EV folder under the Data directory.

4. Delete the following: Blank*.nsf and EV_0*.nsf

Remember: Do Not Delete the EVDomino.nsf

After doing these steps, just restart your system. I hope your problem will be settled.

Cannot locate From: AVT Memo

To solve this follow the following procedure; Click on start – run – type taskmgr or just click CTRL, ALT and DELETE – this brings the task manager – click on the processes tab – look for nfilet.exe I laptops and ntaskldre.exe in desktops and select the file – end the processes – open the lotus notes again.

This is going to solve the problem.
