Cannot make purchases from XBox music and video apps

I have recently shifted to Windows 8.1 environment in my new laptop.I am facing a problem with it and that is that I am not able to make any purchases from XBox music and video apps. Why is this happening ? My XBox 360 console is allowing me to make the purchases but as it is being too full, I wanted to use my laptop for the same purpose.

Cannot make purchases from XBox music and video apps

Hello There,

Check whether you are using same account to log into windows marketplace from both the devices or not.

If yes, then why don’t you log off from one when you log onto another.

Please try this, after logging off , from xbox and then logging on you Windows 8 laptop. Hopefully this problem will not arrive. Share error screenshot and other details for issues with support
