Cannot open 2011 file in 2012 peachtree quantun

I have 2012 Peachtree Quantum installed and when I tried opening a 2011 file I got this error message below Please help me resolve this?

This company cannot be opened with Peachtree Quantum because it is from Peachtree Quantum.

If this company was converted by mistake, you will need to restore a

backup from before it was converted.

Unfortunately, the only person who can actually help you is the one working in the Sage 50 Quantum technical support. 
 
I would highly recommend you to check the manual that came with your software and to contact the technical support to fix your problems without making any additional problems.
