I get the error message shown on the image below whenever I try to open Adobe Photoshop or Fireworks CS5. I have tried to fix the problem by using Ccleaner but failed. I request a solution.

close the application.
Cannot open Adobe Photoshop or Fireworks CS5
Ronald, your problem can be solved. The main cause of the error is most probably some corrupted files in the registry or the temp folder. What you need to do in this case is to go to the registry and check for errors or files missing through the following;
Go to Start->Run->Type 'regedit'
In the windows registry, open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWARESettingsAdobeCS5
Under that folder, you can either delete the files or look for one that isn't included such as the .dll file and add it.
Try restarting the software and see whether it will work or yet still bring the same error. If it still brings the same error, you can do the following;
Go to Start->My computer->Local disk C:->Windows->*86->Adobe->Adobe CS5->Photoshop
Under that folder, delete all the files and try restarting the software.
If you restart the software it should work.
Thanks.
