Help, Techyv!

I have just upgraded my Microsoft Outlook 2003 to 2007, and now when I try to open it up I get the following error message:

Microsoft Office Outlook

The Add-in “eset Outlook Plugin”
(C:PROGRA_1ESETESETSM_1EPLGOU_2.DLL) cannot be loaded
and has been disabled by Outlook. Please contact the Add-in
manufacturer for an update. If no update is available, please uninstall
the Add-in.

I have tried re-installing the program with no success.

I also tried switching users on my computer, but that also didn't help.

Does anyone know what I can do to fix my problem?

Why am I getting this error message?

I appreciate all the help!

In case you face a situation like this you do all my solution that Iisted below:

Remove the extend.dat:

Windows XP:

1. Click Start and then Search. the All Files and Folder and the More Advanced Options. Look for the Search hidden files and folders. Check the check box on it.

2. Then on the search text box type extend.dat then Search.

Windows VIsta:

1. Click Start and type in the search box the extend.dat and then click the search icon.

2. Advanced Search, and the Include non-indexed, hidden and system files check box then on its right type the file again then click Search.

Windows 7:

1. Click Start  and then type Search.

2. Change search options for files and folder.

3. Go to the View Tab and select Show hidden files, folders, and drives. Remove the selection of Hide extensions for known file types and do the same with Hide protected operating system files.

4. Go to Start again and type the extend.dat file.

Note: If you have multiple profiles of the email, do this to all.

The other solution for this is just to install MS Outlook 2003 on your PC.
