Cannot open TECHSHOW in OneNote of Microsoft SkyDrive

Hi,

Upload and sync are well with my Microsoft SkyDrive.

 

However, while releasing OneNote notebook from this file hosting service I received an error message.

 

I tried to fix the issue but failed. Have a look at the error message below. What does it mean?

 

If you have any idea for the issue, please help.

Cannot open TECHSHOW in OneNote of Microsoft SkyDrive

What web browser are you using? It seems this problem is caused by the browsers version. Take a look at these links for solutions on some browsers, namely Firefox, Chrome and IE:

This problem occurs for some reasons. The reasons might be:

1. Your browser is not working properly.

2. Your browser is not compatible with the operating system.

3. Your browser might be crushed.

4. Your computer might be attacked by virus.

To fix this problem you can follow:

1.Re-install the software you want to use.

2. Check the software is that compatible with your operating system.

3. Make sure that you are using a good anti-virus.

4. Check the settings of your operating system's firewall. If your firewall is protected, check that your browser has the permission to access the web.
