Cannot Run From SQL Server Express Error in BCM for Outlook

I have installed Small Business Server 2010 (64 bit) and Office Professional Plus 2010 (64 bit) on a new server. My issue is that I have problems installing Business Contact Manager 2010 (64 bit) on the same server. While rebooting the server after the initial installation the installation menu of Business Contact Manager reappeared on the screen. I checked the Control Panel and realized the program was not installed, but SQL Server 2008 and 2008 R2 were listed twice in the program list. When I attempted to install Business Contact Manager for the second time I received this message in German:

The installation of BCM for MS Outlook 2010 cannot run an upgrade from SQL Server Express to SQL Server Express 2008. Delete the installed version of SQL Server Express before you start with the installation of BCM
 
To try to solve this problem I followed the Knowledge Base article at https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Troubleshoot-installing-Business-Contact-Manager-for-Outlook-2010-SQL-Server-2008-Express-523dde2a-5228-47c4-9756-6f49bff69a2e?CorrelationId=25aca549-7255-44f0-a013-9c8a5da5b380&ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US&ocmsassetID=HP010262565 and made sure that the Windows was up-to-date by using Windows Update. I have uninstalled SQL Server 2008 and 2008 R2 and attempted to install once again Business Contact Manager. The Business Contact Manager log file doesn’t show any errors. I am still unable to install Business Contact Manager. There are no registry entries of the program either.

Does anyone know how I can install this program?

Check again the computer where you installed Business Contact Manager if it is compatible with the software. Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 already comes with its own contact manager and using Business Contact Manager with it only adds additional functionality like the ability to track customer relationships and any work-related events. Business Contact Manager works with Windows Server 2003 R2 32-bit and 64-bit with MSXML 6.0, Windows Server 2008 32-bit and 64-bit, Windows XP 32-bit and 64-bit Service Pack 3, Windows Vista 32-bit and 64-bit Service Pack 1, and Windows 7 32-bit and 64-bit.

Normally, Microsoft Office Outlook only requires a 500 MHz processor but with Business Contact Manager your computer needs to have at least 1 GHz processor. You also need to have a minimum of 512 MB RAM to run the application.
