Cannot support Sata HDD and Pata DVD drive of my motherboard?

My motherboard is Asrock. My Sata HDD and Pata DVD drive don't support my monitor.
How can this problem be fixed?

Your problem is some kind of strange kind of problem. There is no relation between Monitor and HDD & DVD ROM. Your Monitor has only connection with your AGP card (external or internal). Your AGP might Have some problems. It might be a cause of your monitor is not starting.
I think you have made a writing mistake. Your HDD and DVD ROM is not support your motherboard. First you have to make sure that your motherboard supports that much HDD. See your motherboard manual. Or, You might have some problem with your SATA cable. It also happens with your DVD ROM. Your IDE cable might have some problem. You might change it.
If you still have any problem, you should change your HDD and DVD ROM to fix your problem.
