I have been trying to update my BlackBerry Desktop software from the current version of 60 Bundle 2475 to 6.0 Bundle 2949 for a long time now. Though, I keep on receiving the same kind of error to my system that I should verify my internet connection in order to complete the update process. As far as I know, I have done this a number of times, the problem has persisted and I am astonished on what sort of way to take.
Can you help please?

Cannot upgrade Blackberry software 60 Bundle 2475 to 6.0 Bundle 2949
I think you are doing the upgrade by clicking on the Upgrade button which is found on the BlackBerry Desktop Software. Since doing this, results in the download failure, try going around this step. Instead of clicking the Upgrade button, why not do it manually. I mean, since the downloading of the new version is done by the BlackBerry Desktop Software, why not download it manually by going to its web site and download the latest version manually.
The BlackBerry Desktop Software supports Windows and Macintosh OS X operating systems. To download BlackBerry Desktop Software 6.0 [BlackBerry Desktop Software v7.0.0 B60], you may visit BlackBerry — BlackBerry Desktop Software using any of your web browsers.
After downloading the installer, uninstall first your current BlackBerry Desktop Software then restart your computer when the system asks it. After booting, check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. After the disk check, open the newly downloaded BlackBerry Desktop Software 6.0 installer to begin the installation. Wait for it to finish then check it with your phone if there will be no problem.
