Can’t access Network Drive from Windows 7 ?
Dear Tawfiq,
To access the Network drive you've to set it up, in your computer. You have tried in several ways but I think, you haven't tried the exact settings to setup it in your computer.
Could you please follow the following settings.
You have to open your Windows Explorer then click on Tools; you will find Map Network Drive. Click on Map Network Drive.
Clicking on Map Network Drive you will see- What network folder would you like to map? specify the drive letter for the connection and the folder that you want to connect to: Now from the drop down list either you can type the name of the location or click Browse to select folder to be mapped.
Clicking the Browser folder you will see a dialog box named Browse for folder, in the dialog box click Make New Folder then click OK. Clicking Ok, you will see a dialog box named Map Network Drive and you can find your drive has been selected; click Finish.
You can see the Map Network Drive on your computer Window.
Now you can able to access to your Network Drive.
Cheers

Can’t access Network Drive from Windows 7 ?
Dear Tawfiq,
Windows 7 has a Menu bar, but it will be hidden. What you have to do is, just Press ALT in the Explorer, you will see it visible. Or you can click Organize and then go to Layout, then select Menu Bar. Now it will be visible, until you make it hidden. Cheers.

Can’t access Network Drive from Windows 7 ?
HI Tawfiq,
It can happen. There's no problem with your settings, or in your computer but rather the problem is, in your network system. The thing is, you need an Internet connection always, to access your Network Drive. If you're not connected to the internet or if there are any problems in your network connections, at your office this can happen.
I'll suggest you to check your Internet connection and also check your PC's internet connection. Also if you've WIFI connection at your office, then check the router and the Hard drive's connection. It can happen when there is a low signal of your Internet connection. Cheers.

Can’t access Network Drive from Windows 7 ?
Thanks a lot bappy.
You're right, I had a problem with my Internet connection at my office, using a WIFI connection and the problem was in my router access point. I have replaced it and now I can access to my Network Drive easily. Take care.

Can’t access Network Drive from Windows 7 ?
Hi Tawfiq,
It's easy to create a Network drive in your Windows 7. You can download a Network mapping software tool or you can quickly create a network map. Let's see how it can be created.
To create a Network Drive in your computer. Click Start, then Control panel, then Network and Internet. Here, you will see the Network and Sharing Center. On selecting Network and Sharing Center, you can see some basic information like the wireless network you're connected to, etc.
View your basic network information and set up connection. Now click, on the See full map and wait for a few seconds; you will see Network map of; click here to see all other devices and choose your Network drive. Hope this will help you. Thanks.
