Can’t download mail from Gmail.
Hi there, My name is Thony
This could be a problem with your connection, internet connection with Outlook Express. Now make sure your connection is working properly when using Outlook Express when sending messages. Outlook Express, sometimes due to it's a little high processing need, gets trouble when your internet connection is either unstable or has a very low signal. This is not a problem or an error in your Outlook Express, it seems to me that Outlook Express is just having trouble connecting to the internet sometimes, since no technical error is produced. Just make sure that Outlook Express is running smoothly and your internet connection is stable, since you say it works correctly after a few minutes, it seems this is really all that is to it.

I have experienced the same problem. His is a result when the internet connection is lost when you are trying to send or receive mail. All you can do is to check with the internet provider so that they can make sure that the internet connection is always there if this happens again you just have to stop the sending and receiving and try after a few minutes until you send your mail or receive
