CapWiz CW0005: Unable to detect USB Capture Device

Hi Experts,

I tried to install DVD Xpress USBAV-701 Rev B but failed. I received an error message while opening CapWiz.

Have a look at the error message below. What does it mean? I received another error message with the DVD Movie Factory 3.

Have you any idea for the issue to get a remedy? Please help.

Please check power light and secure all cable connections.

No capture driver is available in the system.

CapWiz CW0005: Unable to detect USB Capture Device

Hi,

Try to mount the device to another USB port of your computer. I suppose you to check the power light, it must be on. Maybe the USB port is not functioning correctly, try anything else to put on the USB port. Check this device into another computer in order to recognize the inconsistency of drivers.
