How does an xbox console detect if it has been modified that caused it to be automatically banned when connecting to the Internet?

Causes of Xbox Console Being Banned

 

Hello sir,

When you signed the Live User agreement gamers, you give to Microsoft the right to scan consoles for infiltration.

If you read the pertinent part of the 14-page agreement, which said that Xbox live might only work on unmodified console…

Else if you used credit cards which are not been bought from Amazon or a store you can be banned for life from xbox live.
