Cctsp error launching the program after installation
If this is the first time you installed the program, make sure your computer meets the requirements. Visit the official website of the program and check its system requirements. Once you verify that your computer is compatible, try restarting the computer and run the program again. See if the error appears again.
I’ve seen that error on my computer once in a while and in my case, the error is just a fluke or was triggered by accident and it no longer appears after restarting my computer. But if the error appears again, try to uninstall and reinstall the program. Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install it.
Once installed, run Revo Uninstaller then select the program in error among the applications and click “Uninstall.” Follow the normal uninstall process. When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and then delete everything it finds. This will remove everything the program created on your computer. When it is finished, close Revo Uninstaller and install the program back.
See if it works. Also, try updating the program to the latest version.
