Hi,

     Celkon A40 comes with Rahman's hit albums and special tune of smartphones range.

There are some cool features like shake and data transfer, interactive gaming and firmware on air update. And yes it has a dual sim and both are normal.

Xolo on the other-hand is a budget smartphone powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core processor. The best part is that the phone has 8mp rear camera and 2mp front camera, which are great additions for budget cell phone.

There is no comparison, Xolo q900 is a clear case of choice.

I suggests you to buy celkon A40 Rahmanishq smartphone because it is low in cost and has similar features   has xolo Q900 like: 

1. Android v4.2 Jelly bean OS.

2. Extendable memory upto 32 GB.

3. 1.2 GHz of dual core processor .

4. Dual sim support.

5. 4 inch display.

6. Cost 5,999 rupees where as xolo Q900 is 11,750 Rupees. 

so its better to go with celkon A40 Rahmanishq.
