Change Outlook Express to Hebrew

I am using MS Outlook Express in my Windows XP, I need to change Outlook Express to Hebrew, so that it displays the text in the Hebrew text. Please do the needful for providing me the tips to get this done.

Change Outlook Express to Hebrew

In outlook express mail in XP operating system you may found that the Hebrew characters of sender name and subject like as (????) and most of the time body of email non-readable.  You have to choose/select the Hebrew in region and languages (from control panel).

You can do it by:

1. Choose the regional and language (in control panel) option and click on advance tab.
2. Under the option “language for non-Unicode programs” you have to choose “Hebrew”.

Restart your computer after you press ok.

Note: During the process keep window XP CD in CD-ROM.
